On Friday 1 July 2022 Qliro will have an Extraordinary General Meeting. The board of directors has decided for the extraordinary general meeting to be held without any physical presence of shareholders, representatives and third parties, and that shareholders shall have the possibility to exercise their voting rights only through advance voting (postal voting).
