Qliros AB’s annual general meeting 2022 will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Due to the coronavirus and in order to reduce the risk of infection, the Board has decided that the annual general meeting shall be conducted without the physical presence of shareholders, proxies and outsiders, by post before the meeting. Information on the decisions made by the annual general meeting will be published on May 17, 2022, as soon as the outcome of the postal vote is finally compiled.
