Qliro ABs annual general meeting was held on Wednesday 19 May 2021. Due to the coronavirus and in order to reduce the risk of spreading the virus, the board of directors had decided for the annual general meeting to be held without any physical presence of shareholders, representatives and third parties. Shareholders instead had the possibility to exercise their voting rights through advance voting (postal voting). Information on the resolutions passed at the general meeting was disclosed on 19 May 2021, as soon as the result of the postal voting was confirmed.
